You can only subscribe to Monthly Unlimited 68 Plan as a single data plan at any one time and cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated.
Monthly Unlimited 68 Plan is supplied in accordance with the Terms of Service in XOX’s Registration Form. All other terms and conditions governing the use of Subscribers in relation to the utilization of Monthly Unlimited 68 Plan shall apply herein including XOX’s Fair Usage Policyon Broadband,
General Terms & Conditions and these terms and conditions.
Monthly Unlimited 68 Plan has a fair usage limit of 3GB per month and XOX reserves its absolute
discretion to throttle the speed of any subsequent Internet usage or block the subscriber’s Internet usage.

Monthly Unlimited 68 Plan provides access to the Internet and related services via XOX’s 3G/HSDPA network only and is only available to Subscribers within XOX’s 3G/HSDPA network coverage area. Speed will vary and may be slower and are affected but not limited to, subject to the source of your download, device capability, network limitations and availability. You cannot use the Service to connect to the Internet outside of XOX’s 3G/HSDPA network coverage area. For coverage information, call 1300 888 010
Your use of the Service is dependent on the hardware and software that you use. XOX does not make any representation, guarantee or warrant of the availability, accessibility, timeliness and uninterrupted of the Internet usage and you acknowledge and agree that the Internet usage is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Monthly Unlimited 68 Plan is optimized for content downloads or Internet browsing and it is not intended for peertopeer or file sharing applications. XOX reserves its absolute right to apply the Fair Usage
Policyon Broadband if the Subscriber is suspected to have had abused the Internet Usage in whatsoever way including exceeding the fair usage limit of 3GB per month.
