III. Billing

By Default, no bill sends to subscriber unless subscribers requested.

  1. Subscriber’s Hybrid lifecycle starts when the SIM card is registered. Incoming and Outgoing calls is allowed.
  2. Bill will be generated nearest to the first calendar month.
  3. Minimum payment of 70% is required in order to stay on active Hybrid.
  4. Subscriber’s “prepaid Account” lifecycle starts when the hybrid bill is defaulted.
  5. Subscription will auto switch to Backup account (Prepaid) with active status. Incoming and Outgoing call is allowed.
  6. Backup account, also known as “Prepaid Account” where subscribers will enjoy XIN XUN classic rate.
  7. Subscriber’s status will be changed from Active to Barred after the validity period of 30 days has expired without any Recharge. Outgoing calls & SMS will not be allowed during this period except for calls to emergency numbers and non chargeable services.
  8. Subscriber’s status will be changed from Barred to Blocked when the subscriber does not reload for 30 days after status is changed to Barred. Only emergency calls are allowed for this status.
  9. Subscriber’s status will be changed from Blocked to Terminated when subscriber does not do a Recharge (minimum of RM5) for 30 days after the account is Blocked. Subscriber’s account will then be deleted.

Note: All of the status above will be changed to Active when a Reload and payment is made except during the Terminated State.
